What is Inclusive Islanders?
20 July 2026 · Rosalie Van Zutphen
Inclusive Islanders is a social group in Guernsey for people ages 19-35. It is free to join and non-committal.
The club was set up as an initiative to provide more social opportunities for young adults on island and to tackle loneliness in this age group. It welcomes anyone who is new to the island but also people who are moving back following their studies, or those who have always lived here.
The club is run by a committee of six people who organise everything behind the scenes. They are a friendly familiar face to members and connect with the local community to set up exciting events for members.
We have regular meets – like our early morning sea swims and we also hold exciting collaborative events. The committee takes in feedback from its members so that everyone feels included and can contribute with their own suggestions!
It’s fun, it’s relaxed, and it’s a great way to meet new people on Guernsey!
